NDNU lacrosse suffered a rough loss on the home field against East Coast competitor Molloy on March 17. The Argos lost in the final minutes of the game 4-5.
In the first period, there were shots on goal but no one was able to score. It was in the second that Molloy scored at the 11:28 mark, but the Argos quickly tied the score at one with a goal by Greg Bearson.

The Argonauts played a double header on March 18 against Sonoma State, neither of which went as expected. Sonoma State took the lead from the beginning by scoring five runs in the first inning, and then, in the third, they racked up another pair of runs to make it 7- 0.

The Argos played at home against Chico State in a double header on March 25.
In the first of two games, the Wildcats got the best of the Argonauts. The Wildcats put up a pair of runs in consecutive innings to extend their lead to 4-1. In the top of the seventh, the Wildcats continued to increase their lead to eight and put the Argonauts away.

NDNU brings it home, making top ten in the US Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association

The NDNU Argos improved to 3-0 on the season with a victory over Dominican University 16-3 on Sat. Feb. 28.
NDNU scored early in the first with a goal by Drew Comeau, but Dominican replied with their own, only seconds later. Scoring continued for the Argos as they netted in two more goals in the first.
Bergeon reaches one thousand career points

This past weekend was senior night for the Argonauts who are graduating two seniors, Dan Bergeron and Deon Sharps. Bergeron and Sharps both started for the Argonauts and made a big impact on the court.
"I've seen players come and go but to see Dan and Deon leave, it's going to be hard to fill their shoes" said Chris Silzer.
Women's basketball season has come to a close;

The women's basketball season is coming to a close; although there have been many hard fought games and close loses the team does not see it as a waste.
"We haven't been as successful as we first thought we would, however we've enjoyed each others' company and experiences along with over coming obstacles," said Tanaia Keyes.
Argonauts off to a winning season

The NDNU softball team is off to a great start this season wining their last five out of seven games and starting the season 7-5-1. This is the Argonauts best start in over three years and the team seems to have very good chemistry together.

Golf teams hopeful for the future season

The men's and women's golf teams had different spring openers Feb. 23-24. The men played in the Elco Inc Intercollegiate hosted by CSU Bakersfield where they finished in 16th place. The girls headed to the Cal State East Bay Invitational where they finished in 4th place.

The West beat the East 146-119 in the 58th NBA All-Star game in Phoenix, Ariz.
This year's All-Star game lacked the artistry and fun that it usually gets. There were not as many intriguing plays and no lop-and-dunks until the last quarter.
