Are you dying of boredom after you're done with classes? Do you want a late night snack or to get away from your homework?
In every case, the Tabard Inn is the place to go.
With a new year and a new semester in order, the Tabard Inn has new hours, Monday through Thursday 3-11 p.m.
The Tabard now has special events planned for each night. Monday night is Sports Night, and sports are continuously offered on the 27" HDTV. With the new addition of DirecTV, all kinds of sports are available to watch, most of which are not available in the dorms.
Tuesday night is foreign film night, and a new movie is played at 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Students can also bring movies of their choice to be shown as well.
Wednesday nights are dedicated to poker, when the table, cards and chips are provided. Thursdays are the pre-weekend special. This special consists of half-price hookah and drink specials.
Junior Jamie Zunini said, "I really like the comfortable environment."
Zunini visits The Tabard to do homework on occasion. With a comfortable couch, and many tables and chairs, The Tabard is a great place for students to hangout.
"I think it's an awesome place," Sophomore Drew Comeau said. "I don't know why more people don't go there."
